The owner was so friendly and took care of me well! Came for one day but staid for three. It is located in a tranquillo part of Gyumri. The house has a nice garden with a lot of shade where you can spent some time. There is a lovely young dog and a older cat. The internet works well. You have a water tap in your room, which is great. Very close by (on the left if you leave the property) you can find a decent-sized supermarket that offers everything you might need.

The staff was amazing. We left our jacket when leaving and the manager called and offered to organize its transfer to Yerevan where we were heading to. The location is only 20 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms are clean and big. There was a lobby near the rooms with a big couch and TV to enjoy the evening with friends.
