The staff was amazing. We left our jacket when leaving and the manager called and offered to organize its transfer to Yerevan where we were heading to. The location is only 20 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms are clean and big. There was a lobby near the rooms with a big couch and TV to enjoy the evening with friends.

First of all, the city of Gyumri is absolutely great and it is completely different from Yerevan so it's absolutely worth visiting. The guest house is located very close to the city center (around 15 minutes of slow walking). There are shops and supermarkets nearby. The room is very big, it has a beautiful interior and the windows go directly to a nice tree garden. The owner is ready help with everything. Walls are pretty thick so you almost never hear the neighbors. You can get hot water or some cookware at the kitchen. The hotel closes the gates at midnight but you can still call and get in after 12, so it is not a problem. I want to thank the friendly and welcoming owners for such a nice stay. p.s. Gyumri is beautiful!
