The staff were very pleasant, with a special mention for Christina at the front desk who was extremely helpful and offered local advice. The breakfast had a good selection, and the hot options varied daily. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to most local attractions. The views from the hotel were wonderfully scenic. In Jermuk, the air is very fresh, and the climate during our stay was perfect, with hot and sunny days ranging from 22-25 degrees. Due to the altitude, the temperature drops in the evening, so packing a light jacket or pullover for the summer months is advisable.

I would like to strongly recommend this place for short and longer visits. The personnel is competent, responsive and very kind - especially at the reception desk, restaurant and the health centre as well as the cleaning service which is efficient and very responsive. Everyone was eager and willing to meet our needs and expectations in a best possible way.
The edifice dates back to 1954 - hence its solidity, beauty and spaciousness and is well maintained and kept in perfect cleanliness. Meals are very tasty and abundant enough.

Clean, cozy, quiet (real soundproof) hotel. There are some "procedures" mostly based on mineral water but enjoyable. Big pool which is almost always open. Hotel placed on some distance from the road which is great. There are all facilities to spend the whole stay inside but if you prefer then location in the city allows to reach all attractions in 5-10 minutes.

Very pleasant staff, they run also small bakery and grossary under hotel. the hotel is probably new or after fresh redecorating because everything looks good.we planned only one night on our trip to Tatev and Goris but with satisfaction we chose it for additional night on the way from Goris to Sevan.
