The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond to help as we had a baby and needed to do bottles etc.
You will need to have cash to pay for your stay and as it is a decent drive to Korce down the mountain, come prepared. Our hosts were lovely and drove us to town so we could get cash out.

Everything was perfect.We were group of 8 people and we all had a good time staying there.The host and his family were super friendly.They helped us with everything.The property is very detailed with flowers,ornaments etc.You can also play different sports there lol.And most important they were pet friendly,so this was one of the rarest things that you can find in Albania.Would recommend it 100%.

A fairytale come true. I can't begin to describe the picturesque view we enjoyed every day, which was accompanied by the immaculate service from the host. The hospitality was above and beyond and I can not recommend this enough. We're excited to come back.
I liked everything. The room was very spacious, I appreciate that we even had a little desk for working on laptop, the location was so quiet, all I heard was the horses’ bells on the hill. It was only 10 minutes distance from the village center which is a wonder. They also have a very good restaurant, all the food is made in the house, the bread, the butter, everything. It is a very cosy family pension, with lovely hosts.
Vila Mata is the perfect example of an efficient, affordable but at the same time comfortable and clean accommodation. The room was spacious, it was simply but tastefully decorated, it had a large bathroom with warm shower and strong water pressure. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. Even though we checked out, they allowed us to keep our stuff in a room until our departure from Voskopoje.
Also, Vila Mata is in the village, so walking distance from everything.
I would definitely reccomend the hotel because of kind and friendly hosts. We had tasty pork medalions for lunch at a very reasonable price, enjoyed an authentic and rich breakfast.
I think it would be much more fun to visit this place in winter (a rare possibillity to see some snow while in Albania), but it stands for the whole area. Some rooms have lovely functional chimneys, which I'd have liked to use in cold days.
