This is a remote location, and that's what made it so nice for us. We took the Koman ferry at 09.00 and it arrived at 11.20. Check in was 14.00 so we had to wait in the fantastic setting with views all around. When the owners arrived they were very pleasant indeed. We walked a few short trails, could borrow the boat and then enjoy the location, which is stunning. We took the boat back to Koman at 06.20. The boat trip is quite something. The pictures are from our room at 06.00 waiting for the sun and the boat, a view of the property from the boat, the boat we took.

Really lovely stay in Theth. Rooms were lovely and spacious with comfortable beds and warm showers, which was perfect for hiking. Hosts were great and accomodating and the breakfast was huge and very tasty and the dinner was really great too (option of dinner for €13 per person at the time we stayed). We did the walk to the Blue Eye of Theth from here and also started the Theth to Valbonë hike from here.
