I loved so many things, and this hotel and its staff are really great, but there are some things which personally for me are so important that i can not put higher qualification. I loved hospitality and kindness of staff, really comfortable bed, food is great, but is also highest price level comparing many other Emirates 5* hotels, but it is ok with the quality/price. Beach is the most important asset of this hotel, I like waves and not standing water lagoon like in the Palm. Also the sunset is really beautiful there. Just families with kids should be aware that on new moon and full moon the tides are strong and high. Also there are plenty of sunbeds and even double sunbeds so there is always space. Late checkout is possible only plus 1 hour, but I love the possibility that you can have shower at the gym and there is all you need, including hair dryers. The staff on the beach consistently passes to give you bottles of water, free of charge.

The staff were excellent. Reception, F&B, Wellness, Housekeeping, everyone was trying to assist and welcome you. Ladies at reception were very helpful and friendly, especially Katrin and lady from Kyrgyzstan (sorry, didn’t ask her name) who was always nice and smiling, helping numerous guests from RF.
The room size was generous for 4 star hotel. The room was nicely decorated by Housekeeping Team on the second day of our staying.
Indian food was delicious. The hotel has small but well equipped gym, steam and sauna which we liked to use.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The hotel is clean and family-friendly. The service staff, Giri from the Zanzibar bar and Reeja from the Spa, were very accommodating and took very good care of my friends and I.
I would definitely recommend the hotel if you're looking for a staycaytion with family and/or friends.
Overall experience is good. I like the pool since it suites for family with small children. Mr Elwy and Kishi gave us a wonderful service and assistance during our stay. They also upgraded our room and also provided us complimentary cake since it is our wedding anniversary.
Ideal hotel for families ,my kids loved the place ,warm reception and excellent services, especially the reception team.

This was my third stay at the Oberoi Al Zorah, having previously visited with extended family and as a couple with my wife. This time, I returned with my family, including my baby boy.
The two-bedroom pool villa has consistently been my accommodation of choice. It offers a perfect blend of luxury and privacy, making each stay both memorable and comfortable.
Everything are ok, the pool, the beach, the food, and our room is excellent as well, the guy in reception upgraded our room so my 2 kids will be more comfortable during our stay, he gave us also extra bed for free. Thanks to the nice guy who received us in the reception.
All restaurant staff are nice, they are all helpful and approachable. The staff in Kids Club (Ms. Michelle and the other one) are great as well, they offered some activities that let our kid's stay more fun and meaningful.
Our host was very friendly, caring and accomodating. We enjoyed the local culture and cuisine at many authentic Indian restaurants near by. The beach with clear ocean water was also only a short taxi ride away. Shopping at near by mall was also fun. This is a perfect place for a couple or small family that want an affordable holiday.
The food was totally amazing. Very fresh and a good variety at each meal.
