I travelled with my husband and friends and we stayed in this hotel for only one night.
ROOM: the room was very nice, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice with lots of space for our things.
BED: we had twin beds and they were huge and comfortable. The pillows were also comfortable.
BREAKFAST: There was a good choice of different food, such as eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, even churros. The juices were also nice.
SURROUNDINGS: the hotel is located in the city center and also has a garage which was important for us. It was very convenient for us.
COMMUNICATION: All the staff were nice and helpful and made our stay comfortable. The wi-fi was also good.

We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday.
We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious.
On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava.
We would use this hotel again..

Wonderful apartments for families! There were everything we needed and even more. The host had prepared even food (breakfasts) for us. Excellent and very comfortable beds with pillows for every taste. We really enjoyed staying there!

I was here with my wife and 3 kids, everything was spotless clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was always super responsive and helpful. We forgot to book a crib but the staff promptly arranged one for us.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was big and it has an amazing view to the mountains. The breakfast has many choices and it was in a very sunny room. The garden was perfect to play with the kids and enjoy the fresh air. The pool was also super nice and all staff and facilities were kid friendly.
Location was ok, not in the city center but near the major shopping street. Parking was fully booked, but the staff kindly showed us plenty of options nearby - easy to access.
Average hotel, you get what you pay for - no more no less. But great value for money when travelling as a family with adult/many children.
It's a big apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big living room with kitchen. We spent great time here. The parking is underground and very tiny for a big car or a van. You need to be very careful.
The location is also great for families with kids. It's close to the central park and close to easy hiking routes.
