Place is in good condition and it has a free covered parking for guests. There is a balcony and river just outside the premises. Very comfortable and cosy room with nice bed and place for skiing equipment. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. There is also a cat, that made our stay pleasant.

We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday.
We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious.
On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava.

I travelled with my husband and friends and we stayed in this hotel for only one night.
ROOM: the room was very nice, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice with lots of space for our things.
BED: we had twin beds and they were huge and comfortable. The pillows were also comfortable.
BREAKFAST: There was a good choice of different food, such as eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, even churros. The juices were also nice.
SURROUNDINGS: the hotel is located in the city center and also has a garage which was important for us. It was very convenient for us.
COMMUNICATION: All the staff were nice and helpful and made our stay comfortable. The wi-fi was also good.

Everything in the house is organized and made with real love for the client. I loved that it had a nice few hikes around hear. I was with my family of 7 . An we enjoyed it it's for hiking and biking really I'd say. oh and rock climbing.they have hooks in cliffs ready an steps attached to rocks an cliffs to help people climb. I was surprised at how beautiful some of these surroundings were.
Free parking is available and even if the hotel parking is full (which isn't that seldom) you can park outside in the blue zone for free. Location is convenient but you need a car. Staff is very friendly and speaks some English/French apart from the local language. Room is clean and nice, bathroom is a little bit outdated but nonetheless clean and functional. Only thing to remark is the rather small size of the double bed - it is more like an extended single bed which is less suitable for two people
Staff is super-friendly, detail-oriented, very available, it's a family run hotel. Peralba's luxury is efficiency: not fancy furniture but great customer service and cleanliness. Free parking, well located, well maintained, extremely clean facilities, among the best deals in Andorra. This is what is expected from a family run hotel.
