We loved every moment. The staff are fantastic, warm and helpful. The room was large and beautifully decorated. Amazing attention to detail. Free in room snack were spot on and generous. Delicious breakfast. The bed was divine. Together with the blackout curtains, we slept like babies. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I couldn’t have made a better choice for a hotel in Cape Town. The location and amenities were excellent, but it was the staff that I want to praise. They helped me get a Covid test, arranged for a tour, and answered every request or question I had. I felt very well cared for. Another plus is that you don’t need to leave the property for dinner. There are several restaurants that share the courtyard just outside the lobby. I was tired at the end of my busy days, and it was great to just walk downstairs and have a good meal without having to travel alone at night.

But what really makes your stay unforgettable is the team of all the people who make it up. The staff is super friendly, respectful, polite and they make your experience completely pleasant and safe. The hotel has spectacular rooms, comfortable and in perfect condition. Breakfast has what you need but, if you ask, they can prepare more things for you. I've had dinner a couple of nights and the food is wonderful. Special thanks to the breakfast waitress, Aretha, for her kindness, respect and education, she does a great job! Same as the whole Team working at this splendid Hotel, such as Guelord, and many more… My rate 10 out of 10!

Very chic with trendy interior decor as well as eco-savvy. The room came with breakfast and there was a very good selection of items. The staff was always very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend.
