If you are introvert and need space to work while traveling in Hanoi, this is the place. Everything is clean and well organized there. They even have cute terrace on top floor to chill. It is located in the busiest street of Hanoi. But it is not that noisy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. The cleanliness was right on spot and the breakfast really delicious and diverse. I’d love to stay here again.

Very polite and engaging personnel. The concierge Ken has been a most valuable advisor for all our queries and helped us a lot to arrange our outdoor activities. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect within the old town and very near the lake.

Cozy room and very clean, the owner was so nice She wait for us and she do prepare our water and banana before we left.. would love to visit this place again

Especially the people who work at the hotel. Simply fantastic, they helped us with everything we needed in addition to being super friendly and speaking English very well. And the location is awesome.

Meritel Hanoi features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a terrace and bar in Hanoi. Popular points of interest nearby include Hoan Kiem Lake, Imperial Citadel and Imperial Citadel. I loved the feeling of security and comfort that I got after a long day of exploring and adventuring outside. It was like coming home to a safe harbor. The staff were all lovely and professional; they greeted us with drinks and snacks even when our arrival time was near midnight! They also warmly welcomed us to our room when we returned after a day trip to Ninh Binh. The hotel was just great at making us feel special. The room is spacious enough for me, my husband, and my 3-year-old. The hotel is located near Train Street, and there are tons of great street food options just around the corner. The staff was also swift in helping us book shuttles to and from the airport, as well as a direct shuttle limousine to our homestay in Tam Coc. All in all, would definitely come again!

Staff are amazing. Central location and great breakfast with super helpful manager (Hana!) and other concierge service. Hana herself was amazing and booked our FANTASTIC Ha Long Bay tour and another day trip with NO hidden fees or any other inconveniences, highly recommend.
