Customer centered, attentive to all of our needs. The rooms are very clean, well equipped, the staff members are polite and always trying to help. The hotel manager is also a great person and we were impressed with how much she valuea the client satisfaction.

We stayed at 'AHA Thang Bom Apartment' for 2 nights. It is situated close to the main road, hence can be easily accessible. Da Nang Railway Station is just a 10-minute walk away from the property. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in process was smooth. The Deluxe Studio we booked was in the upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was spacious and had good lighting. The interior looked modern. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a wardrobe, a refrigerator & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Water bottles were also provided. The kitchen area was situated inside the room. There were no cooking pans, hence we had to ask the caretaker to provide them. The kitchen utensils we tried were functional without an issue. Laundry service was also available and the charges were very reasonable (per kg). Overall, it was a great stay in Da Nang.

It really has all the basics of what you’d need in a hotel. It’s not super fancy but it exceeded our expectations considering the amount we paid. Really value for money. Customer service is fantastic. The place is very clean. Place is as advertised.

Offering an indoor pool and restaurant, the modern Vanda Hotel is located in Da Nang city centre near Dragon Bridge. A fitness center and massage spa are available on site. Everything about the Hotel was amazing Location of Hotel right opposite the Dragon Bridge and shops everywhere. The best part of our stay was the staff so friendly and so professional at their jobs from the smiles when they open the door to come into Hotel ,the pool attended helping us, the cleaners did a great job , the top bar and restaurant with great food and people. Most of all to all the staff in the dining area for breakfast Wow such amazing and friendly people Will we stay again at this Hotel that is a big yes , we will not be going to any other Hotel the next time we visit.

Well situated in Da Nang, FIRST Studio Hotel offers an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Nice and beautiful hotel with cheap price. Clean, new furniture, cute room. The city view is so good. I think this is a new hotel and not too much people know this. So, really recommend it
