Attractively located in Washington, Courtyard by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center features air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Extraordinary hotel and room. We were 2 people and stayed in the room with 2 double beds. It was huge, with lots of space to move around and the bathroom really separated from the beds. There was a very big TV with Netflix and several other streaming services available (including a Chromecast), a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker (+ cups and coffee always available). The beds were suuuper comfortable and really big. There was a small wardrobe with a clothes iron and some hangers. The bathroom was fully equipped and the water pressure/temperature was on point. To keep things clean, we always removed our shoes before entering the room, but it was cleaned every day anyways by the hotel staff, so that was a plus. The location is worth 10000 points -- lots of nearby stores and attractions, and totally safe place to walk at night. Will definitely stay here again

Situated less than 5 km away from Georgetown and Capitol Hill, Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House features a rooftop bar with views of the city and a 24-hour fitness centre. Perfect location. Surrounded and walking distance to the tourist attractions. Good breakfast too. First time in D.C and absolutely enjoyed my stay.

The room, location, very helpful staff. The provided list of nearby restaurants was also very useful. Restaurant in the hotel served nice food.

Surrounded by Washington, D.C.'s most popular sites, including the Washington D.C. Amazing location, the room was bigger than expected. The bed really confortable, the convention center was really close. Very clean and really nice people at the reception.

Located on world-famous Pennsylvania Avenue, 400 metres from the Foggy Bottom–GWU Metro station, Hotel Lombardy offers gourmet on-site dining and rooms with original artwork and free WiFi. We loved the vibe: Lombardy was built in 1929 and they kept the 20s feel intact, including a shutter-type door that enclosed our room entrance; we loved that they kept them. Our King Suite bed was perfect. There's a small ante-room with sink, fridge, cupboards and a breakfast table. The windows opened for fresh air. The ceiling fan evened out the AC unit nicely. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from the moment we showed up at the door and were met by the concierge. It's 15 min walking distance from the White House; other attractions are further and walkable, but also only 2-3 blocks from the Metro which we used every day - perfect for getting around everywhere. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (good price range). Area vibe is also great - George Washington University is nearby.
