Bay View II by AvantStay Ocean View Mission Beach Home on the Sand is set in the Mission Beach district of San Diego, 500 metres from Sail Bay Beach, 1.3 km from Pacific Beach and 4.9 km from SeaWorld... The place was amazing; however, we had planned a late romantic dinner for the first night which didn't happen! We bought a lot of fresh food to prepare for our dinner only to find out that neither the oven nor the microwave was functioning. Needless to say, our dinner plans were dashed, and owing to the late hour no restaurants were open either, not quite the romantic night we had envisioned. I will say that the next day the microwave was replaced, unfortunately such was not the case with the oven, which was never operational during our stay. We loved the place and the amenities and the view, however the inability to cook did lessen an otherwise charming experience.

Situated within the Mission Beach district in San Diego, 200-surf Stars Penthouse has air conditioning, a balcony, and sea views. This Penthouse is seconds from the beach, everything about it was amazing. The owner answered me right away when I had a question. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and we very much enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part about this Penthouse was the balcony and rooftop, we would go out there and eat breakfast and dinner everyday. It was perfect! Also we did not drive the car once to go anywhere, it’s close by to everything! If you’re wanting to go on a family vacay or with friends, I highly recommend staying at this place!
