Built in 1856, this hotel is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is located in Philadelphia's Historic District, only 2 blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Really enjoyed my short stay, would have loved longer. The facilities are very clean , comfortable, and relatively newly renovated but in a historical building. Staff is friendly and accommodating. A decent breakfast is included in a nice room. The bed is comfortable with big fluffy pillows and there is another lounge chair and desk in the room. Would definitely stay again!

Located in Center City Philadelphia, 87 metres from Independence Hall, Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia features a rooftop lounge overlooking the Liberty Bell. Free WiFi access is offered. the room was over expectation in terms of style, comfortability, and the view was very nice. the air conditioning was perfect for heat and cold. however, the shower was bad. since the only shower we have is fixed on the wall. room services was very nice, staff is so polite and helpful. the 17:00 wine break is just perfect. we enjoyed our stay

My family and I stayed at this property in May 2022. We loved every moment of our stay! We have stayed in various properties around the world- but this one really stood out for how personalized the attention was- and how sincere all the staff were. Set in Philadelphia, 400 metres from National Liberty Museum and 1.4 km from the centre, Thomas Bond House offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. The historic nature of the house was respected and enhanced. Liz is a treasure! Her cooking was excellent (special mention to the french toast and the lemon slice) and she made us feel very welcome.
