They fulfilled requests promptly and efficiently. Relatively quiet location away from hurly burly of Times Square Only (one stop on 2&3 trains from 72nd St subway station).

Nice room, perfect location, warm atmosphere, service oriented staff. Breakfast in Nice Matin was excellent, yet pricey. I have been in this hotel s few times in the past and will certainly come back.

Location and view was fantastic, staff were helpful, room (river view single) was well laid out with everything a solo traveller needed in a small space.

Pretty street, near supermarket and shops. DELICIOUS breakfast. Didnt want to leave!

Amazing cheerful staff we were allowed early check in we were traveling with two kids and everyone was so accommodating room was spacious bed was super comfy everything was perfect
