I liked the service, all people there were friendly and willing to help. It may not be that important but already the lobby makes you feel great and welcome. The room was better than expected, clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Location was amazing with access everywhere.

Boasting a fitness center, bar and views of city, NH Collection New York Madison Avenue is set in New York, 200 meters from New York Public Library. Hotel was relatively new and modern, location was about 2 streets away from the hustle and bustle of Macy’s, so relatively quiet. Daily housekeeping provided, with a kettle provided in the room (it was only provided upon request in the other hotel I stayed at), and shower came with a shower hose, which was more updated than the other hotels I stayed in during my North American trip. Hotel also provided refillable bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream.

I liked the ambience, interesting photography on the walls, cool jazz playing in the lobby. Nice room detail: a strip of charger outlet right next to the bed. The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.

Featuring free WiFi, The Renwick offers luxury residential-style accommodation in Midtown Manhattan, 400 metres from Bryant Park. Great Location and good room size. Fitness center was ok. Quiet housing area but really close walking distance to everything! perfect connection to the Newark airport bus line. Very kind and lovely stuff. Even with a view to Empire state building. Free water bottles all the time.

Located in Manhattan, this New York City Westin is 165 metres from Grand Central Terminal and is 500 metres from the United Nations. The staff, the cocktails, the location. Perfect base to explore the city. The room was v comfortable and loved the bed.

This Japanese-style hotel is located 500 metres from Grand Central Station and features a rotating repertoire of gallery pieces in the lobby. There are 2 on-site restaurants. Perfect located , with short distance to main shopping streets, viewpoint, restaurants. No noise from outside into room, spacious room (30m2) The Portier arranged fixed price taxi to airport for us which saved us a lot of extra.

Located within 2 minutes’ walk of Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, this boutique Midtown hotel offers Wi-Fi, and a library. Fabulous stay in the Library Hotel. Great location right by Grand Central and close to everything. Staff are second to none, absolutely wonderful.
