The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

Featuring 4-star accommodations, TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea is located in New York, a 7-minute walk from Madison Square Garden and 0.6 miles from Flatiron Building. The hotel is new (opened 2021), very clean, great room size for NYC, staff very helpful, great american breakfast (even for Brazilian or european standards). Room amenities were perfect. Great bed, linens, towels and pillows. Location is perfect: subway at the corner, far enough from the buzz, close enough to main attractions. The subway lines (1,2,4 & R,W) with stations close to the hotel covered almost every place we wanted to visit or see. They have a great service for whoever wants to leave luggage on arrival or departure day. Doorman was specially helpful, kudos for him.

Located conveniently in the Chelsea district of New York, SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea is located a 7-minute walk from Madison Square Garden, 0.6 miles from Flatiron... It was really well located in regards to main Manhattan attractions and it was easy to arrive from JFK using the Long Island railroad

Voted one of Travel Weekly's best midscale hotels. The property features a fitness center, a shared lounge and a bar. The room was trendy and modern. The bed was clean and the sheets felt smooth. The location was perfect and close to many great restaurants, cafes and bars. I loved the rooftop bar.
