We stayed at The Elser for almost 3 weeks in total. Due to different changes in plans and flight cancellations, we stayed in 4 different rooms and the experience was consistently great. There are lots of good things to say about this hotel: the location is perfect; the rooms are very, very comfortable, clean, with all the amenities you need; the hotel itself smells amazing, it's clean and beautiful; the personnel is very friendly and always willing to help: the folks at the car valet service, the receptionists, engineering, the room service ladies, everyone! A shoutout to José Hernández, valet manager, who was always attentive, friendly and occupied with us getting a luxury treatment from the moment we arrived to when we left the hotel. Excepcional, him and his team, even working under very demanding conditions of high heat, rain, and lots of guests coming and going all the time. As an example of the hotel's personnel focus on providing good guest service, we had this one request where we needed to get the Apple TV app installed in one of the TV's to be able to watch Messi's debut for the Inter Miami. The receptionists talked to engineering and in no time we had the engineers in our room helping us set up the app on the TV (outside of the Tivo ecosystem they have) and we were able to watch the match in the room. They even left us the TV remote so we could watch the match that was coming the week after as well :) They also helped us find a good solution for extra late-checkout and in general they were always there when we needed them. The pool is amazing, great for both adults and kids of all ages. The hotel provides towels so you don't need to think about that. The gym is beyond any hotel gym I've seen before, even in 5-star hotels, it also provides towels and water, beautiful well-equipped gym.

Conveniently set in the centre of Miami, citizenM Miami Worldcenter provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Amazing amenities, room was so comfortable and love the technology in it. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Restaurant, pool and gym was great too

Conveniently located in the centre of Miami, YOTEL Miami offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. the location was really good, we felt safe to walk around. walking distance or a cheap Uber ride to quite a lot of places we wanted to go to so was very convenient.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Miami, citizenM Miami Brickell offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Amazing, compact room in the midtown of Miami. We really appreciated it! Although, the windows of room were to the main street, the sound isolation was really good. We didn’t hear anything.

Located in Miami, 1.4 km from Bayfront Park Station, Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. I had never stayed at this hotel before and it impressed me onthe good side. I will be coming back for sure!

Featuring a rooftop pool, Novotel Miami Brickell is located in the Brickell district in Miami, 2 km from Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 6.2 km from American Airlines Arena. Lenin was most helpful during my stay. Exceeded my expectations by far. Can’t wait to return.

With 4 pools, an on-site restaurant, and a 24-hour fitness centre, there's something for everyone at EAST Miami. The room and the hotel was modern and very clean. The location was exceptional. Loved the views and the amenities in the room.
