It was the first hotel I stayed in for a long time where you genuinely seemed to like your guests. I travel a lot for work and always the hotels seem to hate their guests - this was extremely pleasant.

JW Marriott Dallas Arts District has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a terrace and bar in Dallas. Just a beautiful, sleek, modern and spacious building. The most stunning downtown views from the sky lobby and every guest room. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the arts district and Clyde Warren park, all within walking distance. Every staff member we encountered, from the parking valet to the bartender were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Property was clean, extremely cool and accessible. Staff was super nice and helpful. They were all very polite and professional. I travel for work every month since years, I have never met any staff so courteous and welcoming. I wish I could go back to Dallas more often to visit again this hotel.

Attractively set in the centre of Dallas, Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!
