Clean, incredible scent at the lobby, friendly staff and the room was cozy and neat. The bed and the pillows were awesome and with great quality.

The staff were very approachable, happy to give advice about local sights and places to eat. The location was central. The curtains on the bunk beds add a nice touch in terms of privacy. My bed wasn't made up when I arrived but the manager was on it and sorted it out immediately so not really anything to complain overall. Finally, the hotel provides a good luggage storage service.
