This hotel was a perfect way to end a vacation. Clean, incredible scent at the lobby, friendly staff and the room was cozy and neat. The bed and the pillows were awesome and with great quality.

The accomodation was mis booked for the dates and the staff rectified MY error really seamlessly, getting us quickly settled into our room. Always attentive and helpful. Gorgeous rooms and great gym.

This luxurious downtown Boston hotel features 2 on-site restaurants and rooms with large flat-screen TVs. the breakfast was very poor in quality and service. the bar was most of the time closed and there was no foodservice at our arrival available. only room service. all in all not RC standart

The staff were very approachable, happy to give advice about local sights and places to eat. The location was central. The curtains on the bunk beds add a nice touch in terms of privacy. My bed wasn't made up when I arrived but the manager was on it and sorted it out immediately so not really anything to complain overall. Finally, the hotel provides a good luggage storage service.
