The rooms are spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional and have familiarity with the city. If they do not know something they make the effort to get the information from someone who has the answer. All the staff members are wonderful but I want to specifically name Bogdan and Angelique as being invaluable to making my stay go very well. They are both extremely kind and hard working. In my view staff is the most important component of a successful hotel, and the Queen Bee Hotel certainly has it.

The restaurant in the hotel where they serve wonderful meals is where you will have a great breakfast if you choose. I had laundry done while I was there and it was done very well. This served as a great central place to stay during my few days in Kyiv and I never felt in danger or uncomfortable.

Just one word - amazing, highly recommended! The location is just perfect! City center, close to landmarks, restaurants and shops. It was really convenient to stay there during a short weekend stay. It's an old building but the apartment is renovated in a modern style. We were there during winter and it was really warm and cozy inside. Room has a big window with cozy nook with pillows.

Set in Kyiv, 500 metres from St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery, The Key offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Exactly what I was expecting, clean affordable and great location. Even though the lady behind the desk didn't speak English and my Ukrainian isn't great we still managed to get checked in and to my room and even after the key wouldn't work she came straight up and rectified it immediately without being asked.

Attractively set in the Shevchenkivskyj district of Kyiv, Secret Apartments is situated 600 metres from Maidan Nezalezhnosti Metro Station, 700 metres from Saint Sophia Cathedral and 300 metres from... The apartment is a little difficult to find, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's very small and at the top of the building, but it was very clean. The staff was accommodating and polite. The only negative (if it is really a negative) is that there is no washing machine for clothes. I lost the key to the apartment, but they had a replacement very quickly and it was a reasonable charge for the replacement. If you are travelling solo I would recommend this place.
