Great staff working under extraordinary circumstances and constantly asking if you’re comfortable and what more they can do. We had light, wifi, water, when most of the city had none.

Kyivpasservis Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Holosiivskyj district of Kyiv. The staff was super duper friendly and the lady in front showed me how to manage the air conditioning and etc. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable. For the price it was very worth it. One of the best stays I've had considering the price and I travel very often!
