We were given a number to call "any time" we would get lost or/and need assistance, with the assurance the hotel will pick us up, any place/any time. It never ever happened before. They helped us to plan every day: if you need to see something specific they will arrange it, if you need to buy something specific they will help you, if you need a ride/trip/taxi they will arrange it. They even arranged the best private guide we ever had. The hotel itself, best we of Blue Mosque, walking distance to Sultanahmet square, Ayasofya, Topkapi palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and many more. RUZ Hotels has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Istanbul. My stay couldn't have been any better! Located in the heart of Pera you can walk everywhere by feet. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants and little shops, and still the rooms are absolutely quiet. The design of the whole hotel is unique. Everything was flawless clean and the room keeping did an amazing job! My highlight was the rooftop terrace with the best Istanbul-sunset-view you can get! Highly recommend!

The staffs were extremely helpful! Both the receptionists were exceptionally very helpful, they gave good recommendations about the city tour/restaurants and also taught us how to use the local transportation. The head of the housekeeper went out of her way to provide us with the toiletries that we needed. Appreciate the great service!
