i Lanna House offers accommodation in Chiang Mai Old Town. Guests will find an outdoor pool and a garden on site. Each room features a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an air conditioning. The staff were super helpful - reception was happy to answer any questions (in English), offer recommendations, and make bookings by request. Breakfast was far better than I expected, including some Thai desserts, fruits, pastries, and a choice from 4 main dishes (both Western and Asian). Laundry service was also quick. The rooms themselves are very new and clean with some beautiful lighting, and AC was powerful. Finally, the location next to one of the gates and the ring road - instead of in the middle of the old city - meant that it was much faster and cheaper when calling Grab/Bolt. Believe me, that one is important when it's too hot outside to walk for more than 10 minutes.

The location was superb, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The hosts were wonderful. We also appreciated the room decor, window mosquito nets, large TV, and extra amenities.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, นายก่ายหมอน Nine-Kai-Mon provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. The building of the guesthouse is in a local style with beautiful garden view. Although the location is not on main road, it is walkable to the Wat Phra Singh. We lived two days there and it seemed there were no other guests. On the last day we were going to taking bus on 3pm, and the host kindly allow us to prolong our check-out time until 2pm.
