The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

The receptionist was very friendly and supportive to all our needs. She helped us carry and bring the luggage to our room and checkout. Also during transfer to taxi, she helped us booked the taxi and transfer the luggage to taxi. She helped us booked our tour. We requested to fix the shower head and at less than 30 minutes it was fixed already. Breakfast is good and has several options. They replenish the in-room mini bar with free drinks and few snacks. We don't have any negative things to say. Thank you and congratulations for good service and well done.

The rooms were nice and roomy. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. There’s a fridge with access to drinks, free of charge, daily. Finally , the staff was the just excellent, they were really helpful, giving us recommendations and helping us with all our request to the best of their ability.
