Ideally located in the historical center of Sibiu, this 4-star hotel is within 450 metres of the Council Tower of Sibiu, 250 metres of Albert Huet Square and 270 metres of Piata Mare. The location of the hotel is very good, only 1 minute from the city centre. The room was a good size and had a balcony. The bathroom is also good. The staff is friendly and professional and the breakfast was good and included in the price. The price for the room was also very reasonable.

Nice, cozy hotel! Great idea to have different craftsman stories for each room! We loved everything of it. Location, service, room, comfortable bed - definitely a 10!!

Poet Pastior Residence is located in Sibiu, 300 metres from Piata Mare, and provides free WiFi. This place exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. My place was more of a suite than a room, with ambience that goes beyond tourist accommodation. There was a large bedroom with a high ceiling, big windows, a comfortable bed and some delightful mementos of the writer commemorated here. There was also a small private kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. The location is great: a reasonable walk from the train station and just a few minutes to Sibiu’s historic centre on one side and a section of medieval walls and towers on the other side. There are grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, and a self-service laundry within walking distance (in the Habermann Markt, not far past the medieval walls). The #13 bus to the ASTRA Muzeul Satului, a great open air museum, stops on Bulevardul Corneliu Copsu, the first street past the medieval walls. Just one problem: I hated to leave.

Situated at the Great Square of Sibiu, in the heart of the Old Town, Vendi Grand Square Residence provides accommodation with free WiFi. A shared kitchen is at guests' disposal. Communicative staff, clean facilities, spacious apartment. The location on the square could not be better. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in while in Romania (I've been visiting annually for two decades).

Set in a renovated house that once belonged to 19th century Slovak composer Jan Levoslav Bella, Villa & Restaurant Levoslav House blends historic charm with modern decorations. The hotel is ideally placed near the town square and all the resturants. There is two dedicated parking spaces which is good as parking is tricky. The room and bathroom were beautiful and very clean, The staff were brilliant; helpful in organising a visit to the doctors. The breakfasts were large and varied. We asked for them to be reduced from the second day onwards.

Casa Luxemburg is a newly renovated charming hotel in the historical centre of Sibiu, offering individually decorated rooms in a unique medieval setting. Very spacious room or rather suite of rooms with view on one of the two main squares of Sibiu / Hermannstadt. Self-check in is possible when arriving in the night, and I could keep the room a bit longer than the usual check-out time.
