Located in Porto, 2.1 km from Campanha Train Station, Pestana Douro Riverside provides accommodation with a bar and private parking. The property is a welcome retreat after walking the city of Porto. We loved the beautiful breakfast and it was a excellent start to our day. We would then walk the riverside path into Porto. This would take about a hour. We would book a ride back to the hotel or walk after exploring the sights. Every afternoon we would sit by the pool and watch the sunset. Then get a Uber back into the city to enjoy a dinner in Porto.

Overlooking Douro River in Porto, the 5-star Palácio Do Freixo is set in a restored 18th-century Baroque building. The setting and the building were stunning. The staff were all super attentive and friendly in all areas of the hotel. The bed was huge and the linen was very high quality. We visited the spa area which was clean and peaceful and had drinks outside at the pool bar overlooking the river. The reception booked us a table for dinner and our menu choices were excellent too. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many different fresh local products to try and I was particularly wowed by the chunk of honeycomb that you could scrape the honey from! I wish we didn’t have to leave early for the airport and could have spent longer at breakfast.

Set 50 metres from the Campanhã Train and Metro Station, Poveira Hotel is a family-run guest house in Porto. Situated in a historic building, it offers a well-stocked bar and a coffee shop. Location is ideal, long distance bus and train stations are right there. Rooms are clean and nice, the staff is very helpful with the luggage. Nice bar where the breakfast is served in the mornings.

Set in Porto, 400 metres from Campanha Train Station, HOSPEDARIA LONDRES offers air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Lovely and very accommodating staff. The room was very clean and spacious, couldn’t have been better.

Comprising a garden and a shared lounge, Campanhã Boutique Station is a recently renovated accommodation in Porto located close to Campanha Train Station. Amazing and welcoming host, tasty food available all day long:) Very cozy place, highly recommended!

In the Campanhã district of Porto, close to FC Porto Museum, Aromas Flavors Tours - Apartment Velasquez features a garden and a washing machine. Nice clean apartment, comfortable beds, quiet location, many little places for breakfast/dinner. Metro is about 10mins away, only few stops to the centre.
