The service and staff friendliness are exceptional. I do not remember the last time I was this happy with a hotel. My wife and I asked if we could get a room with one big bed instead of two beds, and we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a terrace - the explanation was "we like to make our customers happy"! Our friends, who arrived one day after us, had their camera bag mistakenly taken by someone at the airport. Marta, whose sole purpose seems to be customer satisfaction, arranged for their Tesla shuttle driver to help them through this unfortunate situation and then even drive over 60 km to recover the bag before bringing them to the hotel... simply incredible! Also good to know is that thanks to the nearby Metro station, getting around was a breeze. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Obrigada Marta, and a big thank you to all your colleagues.

Situated in Porto and with Oporto Coliseum reachable within 1.7 km, The Convo Porto Hotel & Apartment features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property... Very cozy hotel, with all the facilities needed to have a pleasant stay in Oporto. Special mention to the staff, who were very friendly and were always pleased to help us with anything we needed. I would recommend for everybody, price-service is a 10/10.

Situated on the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, Século Hotel is conveniently located for shopping, public transport and the UNESCO centre of Porto. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas. Had a good sleep and very accommodating.

Located in Porto, the Porto Domus Hotel is 1 km away from the Trindade Railway Station. It has a bar, and offers modern air-conditioned rooms with cable TV. Porto Domus Hotel rooms are bright. The people were great. Whatever help we needed the people at the front desk could not have been more helpful. I would go back for sure the next time I visit Porto and there will be a next time.

This 4-star, central Porto hotel is 300 metres from Campo 24 Agosto Metro Station. Vila Gale Porto offers a health club with an indoor swimming pool. Staff is outstanding and efficient whilst also being very nice. Especially the Spa staff:) Definitely recommend staying here
