Situated conveniently in the centre of Lisbon, Nicola Rossio Hotel provides 3-star accommodation close to Commerce Square and Rossio. Welcoming, Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful design and very comfortable and functional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we loved having an espresso machine in the bedroom. Having unlimited complimentary coffee capsules was a very nice touch.

Attractively set in the centre of Lisbon, Rossio Plaza Hotel provides 3-star accommodation close to Commerce Square and Rossio. The customer service provided was extremely great by the front office staff. The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walkable distance. Parking can be a nightmare if you rent a car but, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where we could park the car during our stay. Infact, we got lost using the GPS on our first day and one of the guys from the front office actually came walking to the spot where we were to help us find the hotel. I mean where else would you find this kind of dedication to customer service?! We cannot remember the names of the front office staff but, they were both male and working on the late shift on Dec 18, 2022.

The property is set 1.3 km from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, 600 metres from St. Location is great and very convenient, you are at the center but also away from the tourist crowd and noise. Escalator to castle is just across the hotel, and city center is 3-5 mins walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, and have everything you might need. Breakfast is very delicious and has many selections, also has 24/7 open coffee and tea corner with delicious pastries. Lastly hotel staff - always smiling and ready to help, very friendly. In short - it was our first time visiting Lisbon and we were very happy with our stay.

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the amazing staff, whose friendliness and helpfulness make the experience truly exceptional.

Great location, beautiful room, lots of little extras like umbrellas to borrow, egg tarts and drinks in the room, bathrobes to use, etc. Really enjoyed it.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, Urbano FLH Hotels Lisboa is set in Lisbon, 300 metres from Commerce Square and less than 1 km from Rossio. Reception were fantastic, the room was great and the breakfast was full of choice. Coffee available all day and cake at 5pm, super! Location wise you are in the main area but quite enough it is not to noisy.

Cristina (I hope I remembered her name correctly) one of the receptionists (she checked us in and checked us out) is one of the best and most friendly staff members I have met in the times that I have stayed in this hotel. She couldn't have done more for us and most definitely represented the hotel and the brand in the best way possible. She should be commended for her customer service, welcoming smile and her willingness to help with any issue big or small.
