Everything! Great great customer service. Beautiful decor and clean rooms and common spaces. Very well maintained. We were even able to leave our luggages at the hotel and go explore the city before our check-in. They offer earlier check-in than most hotels. The breakfast was great too. The best stay we had in Portugal.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Lisbon, Nicola Rossio Hotel provides 3-star accommodation close to Commerce Square and Rossio. The location is so central to many places. The interior from reception area to the room is vry nice and it give us quite a comfort that we can jst stay in. Room/bathroom is spotless. Staffs are very helpful. Everything is jst great! Will definitely come back.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in, we unexpectedly got a free upgrade to a higher room category. The front desk was super helpful whether it was arranging an excursion, buying tickets to an attraction, or fixing a computer problem. The best thing was the breakfast, a wonderfully large selection of fantastic fruits made the start of the day just perfect.

Very very nice hotel , only 6 months old and very promising. Room was stylish, clean design, loads of small touches that make the difference, super attentive staff. Loved the swimming pool and inside garden, can’t wait for the yoga place to be opened. Bar is great and breakkie was yummy. It s definitely a very cool address
