It was winter and our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Condensation from the pool drips from the ceiling so the room is not suited for leisurely lounging on a chair. But for swimming and playing with the kids it's perfect. And that's what we were looking for.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable in this hotel. The location was a safe area, a bit out of the center but very easy to get to by Uber from both the center and the airport (15 minutes each). The hop-on hop-off bus tour stop is right outside the front door. The breakfast and the food in the Bicicleta restaurant was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was cleaned very well every day and I felt very comfortable at all times. The queensize-bed was so comfortable and soft and the bathroom was clean and very well stocked. Checkout at 12:00 p.m. is the right time for me.
