I loved everything about the hotel, the service, the location, and especially the modern new vibe it had. When my sister and I got off the train to the hotel, we asked for directions from a local for the location of the hotel. I remember the local's eyes widened before exclaiming "you're going to a NEW NEW NEW hotel, very brand NEW!". Lest to say we were not disappointed, it was less than a minute walk from our train stop till we entered a new hotel as indicated. The decor was great and you could tell the staff took extra care into making sure the hotel was clean. The service from the staff was impeccable, they made us feel at home, and shared we had a free mini bar, free breakfast, and everything in the room was automatised. The room itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, the mirror doubled as a TV, and when we posted our room on social media almost all our friends asked for the location of the hotel (I know of two who are planning to book Dos Reis just from seeing how modern the place looked). The design of the room is great also if you're travelling with friends because there is a separate space for the toilet, then separate place for the sink, and also the shower...meaning you and your friend / spouse can get ready at the same time! We had a beautiful view of the street also it was a 15-20 uber ride from everywhere! The style of the hotel is unique, not just a basic modern hotel but one where there is attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon.... for the price you're paying you won't be disappointed!! Def worth it. Forgot to say the breakfast was also amazing!! Staff also should all be given a raise for their stellar treatment to customers. They gave us recommendations, checked in on us, greeted us all the time to make sure we were ok.

Lumen Hotel & The Lisbon Light Show has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Lisbon. Its total value for money. Easy to travel by public transport. There is ample space to work, they have workstations where you can quietly work. We got an upgrade to the suite and it was amazing. Breakfast was also good.

Ideally situated in the centre of Lisbon, LUSTER Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a restaurant. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are very comfortable, the decor is very modern. The design of the room and all the fittings are thoughtful and convenient. We found the beds comfortable, more than adequate storage space and sufficient electric outlets. The outlets by the bedside are plentiful and neatly covered by a flip top. Everything was clean and the quality of the towels, robe, slippers and the bathroom products was excellent. The staff was attentive, respectful, helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and had several healthy options. We were not able to use the spa, pool or gym due to our plans - but they all looked like great options. The hotel was conveniently located from public transportation options and from some wonderful restaurants. The on site restaurant was also very good. They set a high bar, and the hotels we visited in other cities in Portugal have not been able to match up.

The room was new, clean, well equiped very close to metro station and to downtown, Good noise insulation and a cable TV with many moview for the fans. Also the receptionist Sumiha was very helpful and gave us many tips to do in the city.
