First of all really good view from balcony. clean apartments, easy to access. Private parking if you have a car, local bar nearby, can walk to city centre in 1 hour.

Featuring mountain views, Funchal High View provides accommodation with balcony, around 6.3 km from Marina do Funchal. There was nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. We intentionally went in the coldest month with the worst weather and had the best time at the High View. These owners were pleasant and even though they had virtually no English skills everything that needed to be communicated was handled.

SHELL LIVING - Infinity Loft is recently renovated and includes a living room with a flat-screen TV. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The View, The view, the luxury, the sauna, the free parking and the view. I travel a lot through the world but this apartment is a category for itself. Pictures are real and live its better than the pictures, I can tell. Its not made for camperguys or people that dont like high standards. I recommend to take a rental car to enjoy the island at your own pace and freedom that this house! (its a house not an apartment) gives you. I am getting too detailed but I must say I loved its architectual build with real wood floorings, intersting twists, art in the right spot, a lot of glass and yeah did i mention the view? If you are missing a pool, go for the natural ones in Porto Moniz. 30 Minutes drive, better than any hotelpool can be, you will see why. At first we thought it is fake as we rented this apartment because it has no reviews and its too good a price for whats on the picture. We found out why: It has no reviews because its BRANDNEW and just started to rent out. I never had the honor to write a review for a brand new place but here I am. The host even forgot to mention that it has 4 floors, so its rather not for handicapped people. We are used to 5 Stars accomodations around the globe and this hitted it. My personal highlight: You have electronic curtains, whenever you are awake and open the curtains the whole city of Funchal is on display right from your bed. It is one of those places you are happy to return after a day of activities. The hosts are super helpful, regardless what you ask for. If you are a perfectionist like I am you will look for something thats off, you wont find it. At least I didnt. You can watch the sunset while enjoying a glass with your favourite TV Show and the sunset fills the room with golden light. I seldom visit a place twice. This one I will. Situated in Funchal, within 2 km of Almirante Reis Beach and 4 km of Marina do Funchal, Quinta São Gonçalo features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and gardens are stunning, we particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony and walking around the banana plantation. The bed was super comfy! Communication was exceptional and they were able to accommodate our early arrival time. Thank you!

We immediately fell in love with the view, it's breathtaking. The apartment is nice, spacious and the terrace offers lots of space to relax. Localization is perfect - close to the city center, but you can also easily reach the main road to other cities.

Set in Funchal and only 5.7 km from Marina do Funchal, Villa das Furnas offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Our stay was absolutely incredible thanks to this incredible apartment. Coming back after a day of exploring to that stunning view was just magical.The apartment was not only clean and spacious, but also had a well-equipped kitchen where we could easily whip up some delicious meals while enjoying the priceless view, that you won’t get in the centre. Just a 5-minute drive away, there's a shopping centre with the freshest fish you can get. And if you want to head to the centre, there's a bus stop just 5 minutes from the apartment that will get you there in 15 minutes for only €3.50 for two people – a steal compared to a €20 taxi ride. The taxi one way from the town is around €10.The host was so friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a beautiful basket of goodies, including wine. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Funchal. The views are absolutely breathtaking, whether you're starting your day with a coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening. And to top it off, our neighbor even surprised us with a delicious homemade cake! We can't wait to come back to this amazing apartment.

In the Sao Goncalo district of Funchal, close to Palheiro Gardens, Funchal Boa Nova Apartment has barbecue facilities and a washing machine. The apartment was very spacious and clean and located close to Funchal. The host (Eduardo) was very nice and accomodating! Highly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting the area.

Beautiful and spacious villa with a lovely pool. Nicely decorated with large outdoor terrace overlooking the water and Funchal in the distance. All basics were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.
