Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. Staff Sidónio, Marguerite and Miguel made us feel very welcome and tended to all our needs. Location is in the centre of Funchal with everything on your doorstep. The rooftop bar and pool is a great place to relax and go for a dip. Food is also a highlight, don't miss the brunch.

This restored Madeiran mansion is located 900 metres from Funchal's Old Town and has scenic views of the sea, the city and the mountains from its own botanical gardens and terraces. The Hotel was the best decision we could have made. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, courteous and cordial. Never felt so well and welcome in a Hotel ever before. The breakfast was more than delicious and they Even had glutenfree options for my partner. It was a big big pleasure to stay here. A big thanks to the staff for making our stay so comfortable and unforgetable! :)

Located on the Funchal seafront, this hotel offers panoramic views over the Atlantic. It provides rooms with kitchenettes and balconies, 2 pools and a spa centre with spa bath and sauna. We loved the way we had ability to choose where to sit for breakfast. The entertainment in the bar was great in the evenings. The location can't be beat. We loved being able to see cats from our terrace, although a grounds keeper had a hawk, and the next day we didn't see any cats. That was sad. The pool was incredible. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices.

The garden view with from the room was amazing, the location of the hotel could not be better. The free car park at the basement level was very useful and convenient.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Hostess was friendly & provided a variety of activities & restaurants in Funchal. Her suite was very clean & comfortable, beautiful bed linens/pillows along with a microwave& coffee maker. Alexia room was a perfect for a short stay & the neighbourhood was easy to navigate once you got used to the hills of Funchal. Great place for solo travellers.

Situated in Funchal and only 500 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, Apartments Madeira Barreirinha features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Sarah has been super nice with me and gave me a warm welcome when i arrived, showed me everything and gave me some tips about the city of Funchal or globally the island. the appartement was super clean and comfy and looked exactly as on the pictures. the pool on the roof top is not big but perfect enough to relax after long day of walking / hiking, and there are long chair and ombrella as well, this is very quiet ! also the appartement is located very close from city center and very easy to access ! a perfect place !

Dona I Apartments at Botanical Garden features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Funchal, 1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach. The space was really nice, the property was really clean, we were able to have a parking space for free. We were able to cook in the property. Everything was exceptional.

In the Santa Maria district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V has free WiFi and a washing machine. This guest house features accommodation with a balcony. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Featuring garden views, Solar do Ribeiro features accommodation with balcony, around less than 1 km from Almirante Reis Beach. With city views, this accommodation offers a patio. Perfect location - close to the city by walk. Great to have parking as this is generally problematic in Funchal. However, the parking space is very small (some of the parking is in the yard, some is in the garage - we had a space in the yard and rented a small Seat). The apartment is as it is in the photos. Everything was fine. Nice, clean, fragrant. Especially one of the bedrooms has a breathtaking view all the way down to the harbor. There is a small balcony by the living room - table + 4 chairs, the fifth can be added from the room (so no problem). We would love to come back! Thank you.
