Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. The facilities were amazing, and the staff could not have been more helpful. They made me feel very welcome and looked after!

This restored Madeiran mansion is located 900 metres from Funchal's Old Town and has scenic views of the sea, the city and the mountains from its own botanical gardens and terraces. We missed our connection flight and arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night. Despite the time, Nuno welcomed us with a smile and very patient explanations and made the start of our trip in Madeira very pleasant. Also the rest of the staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel's garden is gorgeous and has a nice panoramic view of the sea and was the perfect place for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with large variety. It is highly recommended.

Located on the Funchal seafront, this hotel offers panoramic views over the Atlantic. It provides rooms with kitchenettes and balconies, 2 pools and a spa centre with spa bath and sauna. Offering panoramic views of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean, Hotel Quinta Bela S. Tiago features an outdoor heated pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The staff and facilities were spot on. Couldn't ask for better.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Sarah has been super nice with me and gave me a warm welcome when i arrived, showed me everything and gave me some tips about the city of Funchal or globally the island. the appartement was super clean and comfy and looked exactly as on the pictures. the pool on the roof top is not big but perfect enough to relax after long day of walking / hiking, and there are long chair and ombrella as well, this is very quiet ! also the appartement is located very close from city center and very easy to access ! a perfect place !

Dona I Apartments at Botanical Garden features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Funchal, 1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach. The apartment was fabulous! Our host waited for us to welcome us, give us the keys and to show us around. In the apartment, there was everything you might need. Even umbrellas and hiking sticks for sharing were there (we didn't use them but it was very thoughtful). Apartment house has spacious private parking lot. Kitchen was fully equipped and in the apartment we had printed book full of information on where to find what and some local tips incl. overview of restaurants and public transport, that was very useful. Apartment house is close to small grocery shop and in walking distance to the centre. We stayed in the apartment on the highest floor of the house and we had beautiful ocean view. I truly admired how clean the apartment was. I am a freak about cleanliness and this was perfect. During our stay we faced one problem with water supply which was outside of control of our hosts. Even this was solved very quickly, communicated to us transparently and promptly. I fully recommend you to book your stay here.

In the Santa Maria district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V has free WiFi and a washing machine. This guest house features accommodation with a balcony. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Featuring garden views, Solar do Ribeiro features accommodation with balcony, around less than 1 km from Almirante Reis Beach. With city views, this accommodation offers a patio. Perfect location - close to the city by walk. Great to have parking as this is generally problematic in Funchal. However, the parking space is very small (some of the parking is in the yard, some is in the garage - we had a space in the yard and rented a small Seat). The apartment is as it is in the photos. Everything was fine. Nice, clean, fragrant. Especially one of the bedrooms has a breathtaking view all the way down to the harbor. There is a small balcony by the living room - table + 4 chairs, the fifth can be added from the room (so no problem). We would love to come back! Thank you.
