Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Radhoo Tulum has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The pool was gorgeous, service was amazing, so many little details were met. The managers (Ivan, Elizabeth, and Ana whom I met) were so kind and on top of things, they helped us with so much. the cleaning staff are very friendly and amazing at keeping the place spotless, they cleaned once if not twice a day in the room, and they would put in this mosquito repellant incense that smelled so good. The front desk was easily accessible via WhatsApp and they helped us with all our requests. They organized things like getting us a scooter and getting us beds for the beach. honestly this is the perfect place to stay because it is right next to the beach but you still get that jungle vibe. They also have sunscreen and bug repellant there so it helps when you wanna go to the pool but don’t want to spend money buying that. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. breakfast was always fresh and light. 12/10 stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mi Amor in Tulum, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor was impressive. It created a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. What truly set this boutique hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations for things to do in Tulum. They even surprised me with a special welcome treat in my room, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious cuisine, and I enjoyed every meal I had there. One evening, I needed help arranging transportation for an restaurant reservation and not only the hotel staff not only organized it for me but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Their commitment to making my stay stress-free was truly remarkable. The location of Mi Amor was also fantastic, with easy access to Tulum's beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. I appreciated the quiet retreat it offered, while still being close to all the action. Overall, my stay at this boutique hotel in Tulum exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of impeccable service, charming ambiance, and convenient location made it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again.

This boutique hotel is one of the best “Beach Chic” experiences in Tulum. Fun and vibrant, La Zebra is a luxurious haven for all who are looking for an amazing time on the beach. The room had a very spacious balcony that was in 3 sections, with a large pool/hot tub and places to sit or lay down. Bed very comfy, staff very accomodating, right on beach, bathroom with double shower, roomy and with minibar and coffee maker.

Free WiFi access is available in each room. it was a beautiful calming little oasis just outside of the party zone. lovely attentive staff, amazing food, attention to detail, beautiful little beach club right out front! comfy beds, lots of space, beautiful deck to have your morning coffee :)

Well located, wonderful view, first class service offered by the staff !!!!! We lost an IPhone, they found it on the beach and brought it back to us, always smiling. The last but not least, nice margarita !
