Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Located in Tulum, a 2-minute walk from South Tulum Beach, Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a... This was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Immediately on arrival we knew we picked well. The whole place is stunning. The staff friendly and helpful. You have your own butler to help you while you stay. The cenote is stunning. Beautiful to swim in with the fishes. Way better than a normal pool. There is also a pool and jacuzzi area which is stunning with a swim up bar. Our room had the wow factor with our own terrace and jacuzzi. The food was exceptionally tasty at dinner and breakfast and was so much choice it was hard to pick. They help you with your bags and car. The location is very good close to all the beach hotels in the hotel zone of Tulum. I really hope one day we can stay here again. The music they play throughout is very hip and relaxing. I immediately just felt relaxed and looked after here. Very good value for money especially considering we experienced other hotels in this area of tulum.

Location is great, right on the beach road. It’s a boutique hotel, so very private, no kids. Concierge staff was awesome with reccos for dinner, tours, cenotes, scooter rentals. Fabian was especially great! The aesthetic is also really cool, you’re living in a tree house in the jungle.

We stayed at Libelula for 6 nights and were absolutely delighted that we picked it for our first trip to Tulum. It’s a real gem! 😊 The hotel is uniquely calmly located in the Natural Reserve without any neighboring resorts and the beach was simply gorgeous! We upgraded to the nicely decorated Skyroom and enjoyed waking up to the sunset and the sound of the ocean every morning. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful plus the food was probably the best we ever had in Mexico! We did have a rental car for the time of our stay which we would highly recommend because the location is slightly remote for visiting the Ruins / Cenotes etc.

Allow yourself the opportunity to enjoy. Enjoy happiness, rays of the sun, a beautiful beach and breathtaking views. Very romantic boutique hotel. Our amazing room on the top floor had private balcony and hot tub overlooking the ocean. We slept with the whole room open to the ocean listening to the surf. It's in a highly protected area. We could tell local ex-pats also come here for the intimate bar and restaurant which serves delicious Thai in the evening. Very close by are other restaurants, and downtown Tulum. It overlooks beautiful waters, connects to the beach, and is close to the Tulum Mayan ruins. The front desk really helped us and arranged everything we asked including a personal driver for the day who took us to Yal-ku lagoon and Akumal Beach for snorkeling (probably the two best places).

Offering a spa and wellness center, a beach-side yoga studio and a restaurant, Lula Seaside Boutique Hotel is located in Tulum. Free WiFi access is available in each room. We absolutely loved Sanara! Our room was lovely (even better than the pictures) and it couldn't have been any cleaner. The staff is also wonderful. They were super helpful and made us feel welcome the moment we got there. We had a rental car, so it was great to have free parking available at the property. Bicycle rentals are also available onsite. Driving and parking in this part of town is definitely a challenge, so the bikes ended up being the most convenient way to explore the entire beach strip. The food at the restaurant (Real Coconuts) is also delicious. The menu is interesting and really healthy. We enjoyed everything we tried. And I can't forget to mention the drinks! We highly recommend ordering a "Surprise Me" cocktail and letting the bartender work their magic! Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay at Sanara. It was difficult to leave. We can't wait to go back!

Well located, wonderful view, first class service offered by the staff !!!!! We lost an IPhone, they found it on the beach and brought it back to us, always smiling. The last but not least, nice margarita !
