Booked completely last minute without any research and were pleasantly surprised with our stay. - great value for money - great location, short drive to beach and easy walk to the centre, close to many restaurants and great supermarket. - clean, great shower - garage parking - friendly staff, easy communication - beach towels available for free - haven't tried breakfast but there is a fantastic french bakery right in front of the hotel where we had coffee and breakfast every morning - lovely rooftop pool area. We loved the beaches in Tulum so much that we haven't used the pool at all but we went up once just to see it and it looked nice. Sunsets must be really pretty from up there.

Boasting a terrace and a bar, Koos Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum, 5.4 km from Tulum Archeological Site and 2.6 km from Tulum Bus station. The location was amazing, everything that you might need was nearby. The hotel is nicely designed with a beautiful rooftop pool and a bar/restaurant that serves fresh food. The room was much bigger than it looked on the photos. The air conditioning was a life saver. The hotel was super quiet, at least while we were staying there. The best part of the hotel was the staff, always friendly and super helpful! Would definitely visit again!
