Naala Tulum features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Tulum. I highly recommend this place. The hotel was very nicely decorated, room was clean, very well insulated- no noises from outside and very pleasant temperature even when super hot outside. The stuff was super friendly, professional and helpful. The location is nice if you wanna visit both- Tulum town and the beach- you're in the middle and just a short bike ride to both. There are also several restaurants around + big supermarket. Renting bikes from the hotel was easy and smooth.

Loved how quiet the hotel was, breakfast was freshly cooked with several options, including fruit and eggs, overlooking the beautiful pool. Bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean and all worked really well. We were given the choice everyday whether we wanted our room cleaned, which I appreciated. Room temperature was perfect. Although there weren't bikes to use at the hotel, the hotel staff arranged for bikes to be delivered to the hotel within 1 hour at a reasonable price. Very easy to cycle everywhere (Beach/ruins/restos either in the neighbourhood or pueblo)

The breakfast on the rooftop (not included) was very convenient as it was the only place we could get coffee at 7am :-) The staff, including the servers at the rooftop resto, were always very helpful. We couldn't try the pool....but would you when there's the ocean and cenotes not too far away ;-)

Very nice little oasis. We liked that the room balcony was very private and facing nature. The apartment had two floors that we really liked. Breakfast was simple but nice. Big space.

Located 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Kimpton - Aluna Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning in Tulum. Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.

We stayed for 5 nights for our first time visiting Tulum. The hotel is in a nice, quiet and new area. We were greeted by the very welcoming staff, who explained everything we could expect during our stay, thank you Ivan! The rooftop restaurant was amazing; a lot of choice and very fresh food, special thanks to Omar, Dayanne, and their team!! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Beautiful rooftop terrace with a nice pool, a lot of cabanas, sunbeds and chairs. Very spacious, modern, cozy and clean rooms, cleaned very well each day. Super comfortable and big bed, slept like a baby each night. We would definitely recommend staying in the Náay Hotel and if we come back to Tulum, we will stay here again! Thanks again all, Stephen & Jennifer
