From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor was impressive. It created a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. What truly set this boutique hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations for things to do in Tulum. They even surprised me with a special welcome treat in my room, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious cuisine, and I enjoyed every meal I had there. The chef's creativity and the use of fresh, local ingredients made dining at the hotel a memorable experience. One evening, I needed help arranging transportation for an restaurant reservation and not only the hotel staff not only organized it for me but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Their commitment to making my stay stress-free was truly remarkable. The location of Mi Amor was also fantastic, with easy access to Tulum's beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. I appreciated the quiet retreat it offered, while still being close to all the action. Overall, my stay at this boutique hotel in Tulum exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of impeccable service, charming ambiance, and convenient location made it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again.

מלון הבוטיק מזניין א קוליברי - מבוגרים בלבד (Mezzanine Boutique Hotel-Adults Only) מציע לכם אפשרות ליהנות. Very romantic boutique hotel. Our amazing room on the top floor had private balcony and hot tub overlooking the ocean. We slept with the whole room open to the ocean listening to the surf. It's in a highly protected area. We could tell local ex-pats also come here for the intimate bar and restaurant which serves delicious Thai in the evening. Very close by are other restaurants, and downtown Tulum. It overlooks beautiful waters, connects to the beach, and is close to the Tulum Mayan ruins. The front desk really helped us and arranged everything we asked including a personal driver for the day who took us to Yal-ku lagoon and Akumal Beach for snorkeling (probably the two best places).

Kai Tulum is set in Tulum, 1.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site and has a garden and a bar. amazing houses, location, food people are friendly and management is resolving any questions. Great team of professionals and high level of service

מלון אל פאראיסו טולום (El Paraiso Hotel Tulum) ממוקם לאורך החוף המפורסם של הפארק הלאומי טולום (Tulum National Park), המכונה "חוף פרדייז" (Paradise Beach). The place was really amazing. We stayed in the room with two twin beds. The room was brand new and with plenty of space. The air conditioning was super silent. The bathroom was tidy and clean and also very spacious. The rooms are a two minute walk from the beach which is perfect to stay away from tourists visiting for the day. You can make use of the beach amenities. Thw swimming pool is also really good.

מלון וילה פסקאדורס (Villa Pescadores) מציע מסעדה ואזור חוף פרטי, והוא ממוקם במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה מהאתר הארכיאולוגי טולום (Tulum) ובמרחק של 5.5 ק"מ מהכיכר המרכזית בטולום. :המקום גן עדן אמיתי. הוא נראה יותר טוב מהתמונות ונהנו מכל רגע. המקום מעוצב מאוד ודומה מאוד להוואי. היינו משפחה של שני הורים ושני ילדים מעל גיל 20.. הבקתות מפנקות, מרווחות מאוד ונקיות כאשר יש חשיבה על כל פרט. הבקתות נמצאות על חוף שקט בין דקלים כאשר ניתן ללכת על החוף ולאכול במסעדות השונות . המקום נמצא בתוך שמורת טבע ובצמוד לפירמידה.. הצוות היה ידידותי מאוד ועזר בכל דבר. כשעזבנו שכחנו את הארנק בכספת והם שמרו אותו עד שחזרנו בערב.

מקום האירוח Diamante K - Inside Tulum National Park, בדירוג של 3 כוכבים, שוכן מול הים בטולום וכולל בריכת שחייה חיצונית, גינה וטרסה. מיקום מעולה מסעדה טובה מאוד עם צוות מסביר פנים.

מקום האירוח Cabañas Playa Condesa שוכן בטולום, במרחק של מספר צעדים מחוף לאס פאלמאס (Las Palmas Beach), ומציע בריכת שחייה חיצונית, חניה פרטית בחינם, גינה וטרסה. It was very serene and beautiful, beautiful views of the water, an intimate setting with the rooms, very traditional, with thatched roofs and doors made out of an entanglement of vines, which was very artistic. The staff was accommodating.
