On Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue, an area known as Little Italy, this small hotel offers unique, but comfortable guestrooms, just steps from the beaches of the Caribbean Sea. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The unique aura inside it, the unique green view and the soothing sound of the fountain. It is especially easy to find because it is on the main street. Only after leaving the inn do you find yourself in the making of an adventure. Everything is a few steps away - restaurants, shops, pizzeria, pharmacy, mini market. The beach is a 4-5 minute walk away. The room is spacious enough, the beds are comfortable, there is a safe, although we also lacked a refrigerator. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. No noise is heard either inside the hotel or in the rooms. Since we returned to this hotel for the second time after a 4-day break - we were offered Suite Monaco at a special price, which is on the top floor of the hotel with sunbeds, a jacuzzi, a unique terrace and an impressive-sized room. Small continental breakfast: coffee/tea, juice, fruit plate, toast with butter and jam, granola.

Friendly staff, they let us leave the bags way ahead of the check in time. The place was clean, room was very big. Great location, close to the beach too.

Next to 5th avenue in Playa with a 2 minute walk to the beach or just turn the corner and walk among the nicest shaps and restaurants on 5th avenue. A 7/11 on the corner so location is absolutely the best. And none of th club noise! The rooms are very spacious with airco everywhere, large bathrooms and a beautifull swimmingpool on the roof. We loved it and would book again because the price is great for what you get. Send friends there as well and they all were happy. The personel is helpful and sweet and even went above an beyond to store something for us.

Staff excellent service, from arrival to departure they were the always pleasant. Great location, food breakfast excellent best in playa.

Quinta Margarita Boho Chic Hotel is a small, hip, boutique hotel steps from many attractions in town. Our location is premium. The hotel was clean and well equipped and had extras like towels for the beach and after checking out they allowed us to take a shower when we returned from the beach.

This stylish hotel is just 250 metres from the beach in Playa del Carmen, on the Yucatán Peninsula. Built around a tropical courtyard with a pool, it offers a private beach club for an extra cost. The hotel was very good but the best thing about our stay was the staff! Everyone is very attentive giving the extra mile to help us move around and just to make us feel comfortable. The location is also great, near 5ta Avenida.
