Absolutely everything - this hotel is utterly flawless. from the moment we checked in we were thrilled - car park next door, tamarind margarita on arrival - through to a simply extraordinary hotel that genuinely mesmerised us. Our room, the patio room Toño, was glorious so I can only imagine the others are too. Pool was a wonderful addition and I haven’t even discussed service - brilliant, attentive and incredibly discreet. Friends of ours stayed here and advised it was the highlight of Merida - we have to agree. Key details - spotless, effective AC, lots of space - stunning.

Ideally set in the center of Mérida, Hotel Plaza by Kavia has free WiFi throughout the property, an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The hotel was beautiful. The location is perfect. The price was reasonable. And the staff and cleaning crew did a great job.

Located in Mérida, 1.7 mi from Merida Cathedral, Ibis Merida provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. 1) Parking was excellent. Plenty of spaces available at the back of the building. Lots of shady spots and car was visible from hotel window for peace of mind. 2) Very clean room, towels and bed etc. Daily cleaning was available. 3) Peaceful at night and with plenty of fan/AC settings to pick from. 4) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to locate the new location of the bus station (Google Maps was showing the old location) 5) Felt safe 6) Check in and check out was quick and speedy 7) Close to a big Walmart, food court and car rental spots
