This is our favorite hotel on a 14 days 8 different cities road trip in Mexico on the whole Yucatan peninsula. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel looks and style and the location too. The bed on the standard room was a little bit too small for me and my girlfriend, because I'm a bigger muscular guy. The staff guy saw this and he offered to me a bigger room with a bigger bed, double upgrade, because that's an awesome suite for the same price. Everybody and everything is professional. We like it hear and we like Merida.

This hotel was the best we had have in Mexico. Our bedroom had two entrance, one facing the terrace and the swimming pool, size and furniture of the Bedroom are amazing and very comfortable for two people. The hotel in general is looking amazing, the staff is super nice and always ready to help and recommend places. We were impressed by the cuisine, we had breakfast and dinner there multiple times. Will definitely go back.

Great hotel, but more than anything - the staff were amazing and so caring. Helped us with a flat tire and were willing to drive us to a tire shop! Wish I could give them a 1,000 stars!

And quiet even though it’s right in the middle of everything. Always clean and efficient. Veronica is amazing, just follow all her excellent and caring recommendations —- you’re in good hands to have a great trip! We loved having breakfast on the upper terrace every morning, especially loved the amazing cookies that are specially made for the hotel! The beds are super comfy and even the pillows and sheets are perfect. For us this was the perfect elegant but unpretentious, comfortable, welcoming hotel. If I sound like a bot or an ad service raving about this, it’s just because we have too many good things to say about it 😁
