Our room was comfortable and warm. The food was really good. But what makes the hotel exceptional is the friendliness of the staff, from the restaurant manager Yassine to the chamber maid. Truly breathtaking place to spend 5 days (as we did) in the heart of Marrakesh surrounded by great collection of contemporary art in it and sleek interior design. The food - breakfast or lunch/dinner was exceptional, one of the the best we tried in Morocco! The SPA experience with traditional hammam was amazing. We felt like at home, surrounded by coziness of this modern Riad and warmth of staff. Grateful for unforgettable stay in IZZA and ready to highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent, from the location to the rooms and not forgetting the staff. Adam went above and beyond for us and we just want to thank him again via this platform for the amazing service that he provided during our stay. & we can't forget Youssef, who also made sure we were good at all times. The location was also great, as it is buried in the heart of the medina. Each room with its own soft neutral eye-catching decor. The atmosphere was very serene and tranquil, which is much needed after all the hustle and bustle in the medina. We truly enjoyed our vist and would highly recommend.
