The property is beautiful, everything looks perfect, my room was huge and very comfortable. You are so close to the Medina and you can walk to find everything. I walked a few minutes to see the blue gate that is gorgeous. Every single person that works in this place made our days fantastic, I’m very great full with each of them. Today we had our taxi at 6 am and they hay our breakfast ready in a bag for the train. I would highly recommend this property

Set in Fès, 1.5 km from Royal Palace Fes, Riad Dar Jeanne features a terrace and views of the city. Located around 1.1 km from Karaouiyne, the hotel is also 3.6 km away from Fes Railway Station. The staff are amazing. Mustafa and Said do everything to help you down to the smallest detail. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Dinner at the riad was good as well. I recommend Riad Jeanne for anyone wanting a genuine local experience.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.
