Metropole Hotel by Semarah is located in a historical building from the 19th century, set in the Riga’s Old Town. It offers elegant classic-style hotel rooms with free Wi-Fi access. The hotel is at the edge of old town, quiet area, close to train station (we came by train). I had warned the hotel that we will arrive far before noon, but the rooms were already ready for us. A very convenient place if the evening plan is to walk in the old town, a good restaurant and the opera. Simple room, but clean, tidy, and as for me, extremely comfortable bed. Great, various, abundant breakfast, fast replenishment. A separate observation about the staff, they were very attentive, worked quickly, had answers to all questions, Igor was one of the best my ever meet receptionist :) I have booked 7 rooms and all my friends can share the same opinion.

Located close to UNESCO world heritage attractions - House of the Blackheads, Riga Dome Cathedral, and Latvian National Opera, Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel in Riga’s Old Town offers a bar and free... Everything was very good. We arrived few hours later than mentioned in booking and missed spa visit, as well as in the morning we couldn't fit into schedule. But breakfast is very good, variety of choices is great. Having a glass of sparkling wine for breakfast makes us feel vacation vibes even more😊
