The property is wonderfully kept clean and neat as an old property, exceeding expectations. The team were like a family, always smiling and always at every corner to help with anything. The chef as well consulted us for breakfast, dinner. With a fine dining experience with multiple dishes prior to the main course. The food was absolutely exquisite in flavor and very highly rated in quality. The commitment of the team to provide the best service was evident throughout the stay. Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the last minute we left and were greeted with the whole Bellwood Manor team. Janakar was a very loyal part of the team present at all time when ever we are out of our rooms, satisfied everyone’s.

Perfect location, very good advices and organisation trip from the staff. Everything was managable and he even give us a private cooking class ! The morning breakfast are delicious :)

Centrally located near the high end hotels (Grand Hotel, Araliya) and walking distance to Victoria Park, yet in a quiet corner. Staff was very helpful with luggages as well as swiftly addressing a couple of bathroom issues. There was a modern heater that warmed the room up really fast. Quite useful with a small kid in the cold of Nuwara Eliya. Even though the room seemed small at first as we could barely find enough space to open three suitcases, the storage options (shelves, hangers) were quite plentiful, allowing us to conveniently organize our personal belongings. It was also a nice touch to provide a basket for us to store the decorative pillows. Onsite restaurant prepared fresh meals on demand at reasonable price. We hired a car & driver for our trip in Sri Lanka, the hotel provided parking for the car. This was the only hotel in the entire trip where our driver parked the car where we stayed.

Panorama Green View Hotel is set in Nuwara Eliya town, facing the Victoria Park at a 5 minute walk to town, the main bus stand, the old post office and a 15 minute walk to the single tree hills, and... Room big and nice, stuff very friendly.

The Grand Hotel is situated on Nuwara Eliya Hill, adjacent to the Nuwara Eliya Golf Course. this hotel is must see if you are travelling in Nuwara-Eliya. Heritage building with a great history, beautifull interiors, old photos in holls, hidden bar rooms etc... we spent couple of hours to explore the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and one of manager even made a small excursion for us while we were waiting. Welcome hot soup was what we needed cz at night is quite chilly outside. The restaurant was pretty delisious and our servant Antony made our dinner even better.

First off, the staff are TOP NOTCH! From the door man, reception, cleaning staff, the incredible barista Prabu, and restaurant staff Chundru. The rooms are very clean, the location is great. Perfect stay. Everyone was so kind to our 4 year old.
