Something to know about Margaret House is that it was build in 2024 and that‘s the reason why there aren‘t many reviews yet. It is located about 5 minutes from turtle beach and coconut island and 10 minutes from mirissa beach by foot. It is a big room with lots of space and a very nice comfortable bed. The bathroom also looks very nice, the shower has very good water pressure and even different shower heads. Everything was very clean. The owner and his family are very friendly and will make you one of the best (and biggest) breakfasts in Sri Lanka. On request they‘ll make your room everyday. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

Staff very helpful, we were only here for one night and up and out early for whale watching but we're able to leave all our bags in the room, come back at lunchtime and shower up before hitting the road. Easily walkabout to the beautiful beach with lots of restaurants
