Great breakfast was included to start the day and the rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Well set in the center of Galle, Yara Galle Fort provides free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. This 5-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Perfect location inside the fort and near the best sunset spots along the fort walls, as well as next to the clock tower where you can start the fort wall walk. Easy to access by taxi too as it's near the fort entrance, but easy walking distance to everything inside the fort. Staff were super friendly and helpful and gave me a free upgrade upon arrival. Rooms were spacious, cool, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty! It was the perfect place to stay at the beginning of my Sri Lanka trip, would definitely recommend!

LE JARDIN DU FORT - GALLE IS AND OLD COLONIAL HOUSE set 1 minute from Fort Beach. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. The accommodations offers free wifi. Best location of the fort,near the light house beach and close to the busy pedlar street, however calm and quiet in the property ensuring good rest. Breakfast choices were many, we had sri lankan and french breakfast each, couldn't decide wich was the best. Tasty, appetizing and authentic. Rooms were clean and comfy. Overall great use of space. Old dutch house turned into a beautiful hotel while keeping the original soul.

The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... Everything during our stay was amazing, the staff, the food, the property. Everything exceeded our expectations. The chef even made a cake for my boyfriends birthday.
